I know firsthand that being human is messy, beautiful, and full of contradictions. My own path has been shaped by doubt and uncertainty, missteps and growth, laughter and tears — all of which deeply inform my approach as a therapist.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working as an engineer in the tech industry, including ten years at Google. That experience gave me valuable skills in systematic thinking, but it also showed me how easy it can be to disconnect from our inner selves. My healing journey has been about bridging the gap between intellect and emotion, mind and body, structure and intuition — and finding meaningful connection in both my work and life.

This desire to connect more deeply with others led me to pursue a Master’s in Integral Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies. Since then, I’ve continued to expand my training in approaches such as Gestalt, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, Somatic Awareness, and Ecotherapy. My work is grounded in the belief that personal healing is intimately connected to the world around us.

As your therapist, I show up as my authentic, real, and fully present self. I believe healing flourishes when you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I'm here to walk alongside you — not as an expert on your life, but as a fellow traveler on this complex and meaningful human journey.

Outside of therapy, I love cooking nourishing meals, taking long walks outdoors, and surfing when I get the chance. I read a lot of fiction, meditate regularly, and am slowly (and joyfully) learning to play the piano.
